Partridge Parcel

Gleneagles partridge breast specifically selected due to the amazing quality of the birds produced on this estate. 
Each parcel contains 4 partridge breasts, sandwiched around a Black Isle pork festive stuffing wrapped in caul fat and finished off in a smoked streaky bacon ribbon and a citrus fruit.
 
We consider this to be a perfect accompliment to any festive gathering.
